The other day, going to the airport with the cool weather warming up and transitioning to summer, I wanted to try a fun sexy fashionable style look by rocking a Trench Coat! It's such an easy and fast way to look super stylish and sleek without having to try too hard. It's kind of like a dress, you just throw it on and it can be a huge fashion statement. The one I'm wearing is from Macy's and it's grey, black, and white, with fun patterns including fun squares, cheetah, and leopard. The great thing about this fashionable and trendy look is that the pattern of the Trench Coat is so bold I barely had to accessorize. I'll show you the accessories I chose for this outfit and overall look in this video. This outfit could be perfect for the day or the night and can transition from work to a fun night out or just for your daily / evening festivities. It is totally stylish and sexy and the high studded leather heels make it extra glamorous and edgy. I paired it with my Louis Vuitton Neverfull Damier bag, Gucci Glasses, Leather Studded High Heels, A Forever 21 Ring, Stiletto Styled Nails in Gunmetal Gray by Essie Nails, a black bold belt,. Also for hair I used my FlatIronExperts Three-in-One Barrel and VPFashion Hair Extensions. This outfit is perfect for a Fashionista! Hope you enjoy my Outfit of the Day / Outfit of the Night!

My Sunday Brunch -Ideas, Whole Foods, Recipe's? Sunday Post

Sundays are always nice to kick back, enjoy good company, enjoy good food, and just enjoy the day! Yesterday, I decided to spend most the morning shopping and then cooking. The morning took place at Whole Foods just strolling and picking up some things that looked brunch worthy which is always nice. Once I got home the cooking began: a huge brunch filled with pancakes, crepes, french toast, bagels, chicken sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, Camembert cheese with jam, pita, and of course some fresh orange juice! For decoration, I used some fun bright summery napkins, rose pedals sprinkled around,
and of course the matching set of roses as the centerpiece. Home Decorating & Cooking are two of my favorite things so you already know this Sunday was amazing! Here's a little collage I posted on my Instagram (@AnitasWorld) Yesterday: If you want the recipes or a blog post all about to to make everything leave a comment below and I'll happily do so! <3

My UNDER 20$ Makeup Challenge with a twist: Ariana Grande's New Official Music Video The Way feat Mac Miller

A tag I've been admiring in the wonderful beauty community here on Youtube (although it started a while ago) is the 'Under 20$ Makeup Challenge"! Instead of making that the only goal I also wanted to do an inspired look. I decided to chose the Makeup look from Ariana Grande's new official music video 'The Way' featuring Mac Miller which just got released recently. It's a fun look that's great for everyday and under 20$ (foundation included!) Now that's what I call an effective challenge! Check it out and let me know if you think :) Also feel free to request a video below!

Valentines Day 2013 Advice, Fashion, & Ideas for Everyone

Valentines Day is only 2 days away and whether you're single, taken, or somewhere in between despite what people may say it IS a fun holiday to celebrate! We can spend hours disecting why it wouldn't be but let's just stop that now and think of the positives: Chocolate, Candy, Pink, Hearts, Appreciation and Love! There's something for everybody.

The Single One:
Forget worrying about not having a Valentine, Spend the night with your other single friends or spend the night with yourself! Throw in a fun girly chick-flick, buy yourself some chocolates, and enjoy a relaxing night in. Want something to do during the day? Pamper yourself at the nail salon or at the spa, do some shopping, and treat yourself! Heck, buy yourself a bouquet of flowers or your own edible arrangements and enjoy!

The In-Betweeners:
Okay, this is for those of you who have somebody in your life but haven't made it official. What better way to enjoy each others company than spicing things up on Valentines Day?! Go somewhere you've never been before, or try something new. It's the perfect excuse to take the relationship a little further or learn new things about one another. If you're growing strong feelings for them here's the time to let them know! Think of it this way, if it doesn't go as planned just blame it on the Holiday...perfect excuse!

The Taken One:
For those of you in Relationships this is one of those Holidays you can totally go all out for. I know some people don't believe they need a holiday to celebrate their love, but why not go with it?! Plan a super romantic night just the two of you, do something special for one another to show how much they mean to you. Whether it be preparing a nice dinner or dessert, buying them something you know they would love, writing a card or expressing the way you feel all of these are perfect for this romantic Holiday.

Inspiration of the day: Fly onto your future!

As I'm sitting outside on this gorgeous winter day, I'm thinking about all the ups and downs life can bring you. At times, life can be bumpier than expected but it's always important to not let it sway you from the eye opening experience those bumps can bring. All downs have a lesson to be learned whether it's a self reflection, teaching you what you like from what you don't, or a lesson about the others around you. Sometimes it means letting go, other times it means holding on but what I've learned is when something doesn't make you happy you just have to let it go, that way you can fly into your future lighter with nothing weighing you down :)
Well, that was my little inspiration of the day, feel free to leave some of yours. Love you all xox

The Best Oatmeal Cookies Ever! My Secret Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies Highly Requested

For those of you who didn't know, I am absolutely obsessed with cooking and baking. Baking is especially fun for me since I have such a big sweet tooth and adding little sweet tricks can make all the difference in appearance and taste. The other day I decided to make my yummy oatmeal chocolate chip chunk cookies and when I posted it on my Instagram (AnitasWorld) all of you decided you wanted me to post my secret recipe! So here it is...Hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of Rolled Oats
3/4 cups of All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cups of Chocolate Chunks (add more if you want them extra chocolatey)
1 Large Egg
2/3 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of White Sugar
1 Stick Butter (Unsalted-Softened)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon salt

Instructions:
To start off you'll need two bowls, one for the dry ingredients and one for what I like to call the wet.
In the first bowl: Cream together your softened butter, brown & white sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until it becomes a smooth consistency
In the second bowl: Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt
After you've mixed both bowls you want to combine them by slowly pouring in your dry ingredients into the wet bowl (do this slowly to mix well)
Now for my favorite part, once you've combined both bowls you want to slowly and gently stir in your oatmeal and chocolate chunks (and if your like me you'll probably eat some of the chocolate as you do this). Stir as you go.
Now, Heat your oven to 350 degrees and let the dough sit since the time helps it thicken.
Once your oven is heated take out your cookie tray and place the dough 2 inches a part. Depending on the size you want them you can scoop as big of an amount as you'd like, but I usually go with about a table spoon and a half for each. If you aren't using a baking sheet don't forget to spray to cookie tray with some non stick pam or butter.
Place the cookie tray inside the oven and let it bake for 10-12 minutes but don't forget to keep checking because each oven is different!
Once finished, let cool for about 5 minutes (which is always the hardest part) And Voila! You have my famous Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies ready to put right into your mouth! If you're like me they won't last more than a day...eh more than a few hours^_^
Hope you all enjoy my recipe as much as I do and if you do end up making them, Tweet me a photo or let me know in the comments below! Happy Eating

For those of you who don't know, I am obsessed with everything Fall. From the fashion, to the holidays, to the recipes, to the weather, I just love it all. One of the most beautiful things about fall are the maroon and deep red colors, which happen to be all over the fall 2012 fashion trends. Fun Corky Curls: Nume Reverse Curling Wand!

Hi dolls, so I recently decided to get the Nume reverse wand which I've seen around the beauty community and been curious to try for a while. As you can see in the picture, the curling wand starts off thick at the top and becomes skinner at the bottom which gives a unique curl that can be styled so many different ways. I tried it out a few times and I love it! As you can see, I decided to get the pink one although I had trouble choosing between that, the zebra print, or a solid black color but pink is totally for me. Here's a picture of the type of curls the reverse wand gave my hair in just a couple of minutes. I must say, I'm definitely glad I got this, and my curiosity has been put to rest! Reverse wand, I'm glad I found you!

Inspirational Reminder: Live Your Story

I just wanted to give all of you a little daily inspiration and be a reminder that you all are living YOUR story. Whatever it is you want to do in this beautiful world you can do, nobody can live your life except you. You have so many amazing opportunities sitting before you whether you can see them or have to search a little harder, I promise you they are there. Your story can be anything you want it to be, all you have to do is write it and live it out the way you want.
Forever love,

VMA's 2012 Fashion & Best Moments

First, let me start off by saying Kevin Hart For President! I seriously loved him before, but after the award show I love him even more. He was one of my favorite hosts yet, always makes it fun and actually makes me laugh. Also, I loved his fashion, anybody see that cheetah blazer? Um...hello, can you say genius? Anyways, there were so many great moments and performances this year. Also a handful of awkward moments which I was tweeting about throughout the live show so if you follow me on twitter you already know what I'm talking about. Here I put together a little collage of the show, I wasn't able to capture everything but here are a few moments and stars I enjoyed. What was your favorite moment or fashion superstar of the 2012 VMA show?

Ps if you guys liked Taylor Swifts Makeup from the VMA's click here for my makeup tutorial on how to get the look:
